The Opportunity
As a Low-Code Engineer you will combine technical skills on various low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, UIPath, BluePrism, etc.) with your business acumen and curiosity you craft mobile application solutions that enable digital transformation within Takeda.

Responsibilities
• A detailed professional who knows how low-code mobile platform(s) supports client business needs.
• Adept at crafting low-code mobile solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the globe.
• You have a strong sense of logical process, and can translate business requirements into technical steps, as well as make recommendations for process improvement to the benefit of your clients.
• You will be the liaison between clients, colleagues, and business partners in delivering solutions.
• You enjoy partnering with your clients to develop and lead a technology plan supported by various low-code platforms, and you have experience working as a consultant.
• You have more than three years of experience in system design, application development, software engineering, or other related experience.
• You are a self-starter and creative thinker.
• You are passionate about low-code platforms and their potential to move organizations forward.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in developing on various low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, UIPath, BluePrism, etc.) and aptitude to upskill yourself to Mendix platform.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Proficient in SASS, CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
• Extensive experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferable experienced in quality improvement.
• Understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.
• Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
