We are offering a great internship opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of projects and practices within our Delivery Project Management Office (PMO) team.
Your primary role will be to work with our Operations and Chapter Leads supporting the delivery side of the projects, supporting analytics and automation needs that aids in more efficient management of projects.
What You Will Do
• Assist with PMO analytics
• Ensuring all project artifacts and deliverables are in compliance for audit
• Implementing a tracking tool that aids in more efficient management of projects; and
• Capacity assessment,
• Participate in establishing and implementing Agile and PM methodologies, frameworks, processes, best practices, and tools to facilitate a consistent quality of delivery;
The intern will research industry best practices, brainstorm solutions unique to our Innovation Capability Center, and incorporate monitoring and maintenance mechanisms to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and widely adopted. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about and work with delivery projects and site leadership. This role will receive guidance and directions from the Project Management or Operations Lead and will report to Delivery Enablement Chapter Lead.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
• Understanding project management and functions of a Project Management Office
• Assisting in the design, implementation and management of projects
• Evaluating existing processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, brainstorming solutions to process issues, and testing possible solutions
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to inform management decisions
• Organizing shared content for project management teams
• Learning and utilizing project management software such as JIRA
• Assisting with the implementation of project management software across the delivery teams
• Collecting and producing project documentation such as templates
• Documenting lessons learned in the successes and failures of implementation, dissemination, and usage of new resources/processes

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree candidates in relevant fields such as information technology, business administration, natural sciences, and economics, among others

• Well-organized and efficient
• Ability to work calmly and enthusiastically under high pressure
