The Opportunity
As a UI_UX Designer you'll drive user experience design from end to end, including ideation, concept development, detailed design, prototypes and user testing. You will work together with UI/UX designers to optimize products and ensure all designs meet requirements and develop industry leading UI/UX design experiences for Patients, Healthcare Professionals across the globe through iterative design process based on end user feedback.

Responsibilities
• Apply principles of design thinking to conceptualize and create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences accross a broad range of digital channels including Websites, Mobile Apps and Email.
• Represent the end-user and promote human-centered methodologies across the product team to ensure new designs that meet people's needs from first-time users to seasoned experts.
• Conduct user research and testing. Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs. Collaborate with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
• Ideate and articulate concepts for new customer journeys or improvements to existing ones collaborating closely with product leads and product owners.
• Produce and review wireframes and storyboards for digital products.
• Create experience ecosystems, service maps, and others to ensure consistent, desirable, and efficient experience across channels.
• Develop and govern flexable brand guidelines for key digtial solutions which can be localized in country.
• Research, identify and articulate customer needs (e.g. conducting interviews in focus groups).
• Design, deliver and test intuitive customer experiences as part of a cross-functional agile product team.

Annual Bonus
