Join our exciting and new Technology Capability Center (TCC) in Bratislava, Slovakia. This specialized, innovative and state of the art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions across Takeda. The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

The Opportunity
As a Data Analyst, you will analyse and interpret operational needs, problems and opportunities of business processes, contribute to business processes improvements within area of responsibility, support scope definition and participates with setting business priorities for changes and system implementations and support Service Management Process and Service Delivery by providing dynamic, proactive and historic reporting.

Responsibilities
• Identifies problems, uses Business Process Mapping to analyze and capture issues, finds solutions and determines when issues should be escalated appropriately.
• Interprets, integrates and executes medium-scale changes and requirements in the delivery of projects.
• Provides input into project budgets and reporting within own area.
• Analyzes and documents business requirements for area of responsibility.
• Follows all company and department policies and ensures policies and procedures are documented according to Takeda Quality Management Systems (QMS), Software Development Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle standards.
• Interacts with department/project team members by supporting to help to make decisions.
• Works with relevant colleagues from Global Functions within the Global IS/IT Organization (PMO’s, EADS and ITIO) to align on solutions, escalations and delivery.
• Works independently under moderate supervision with stakeholders to prioritize requirements within a clear framework of accountability.
• Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with business stakeholders in analysing and supporting projects and ongoing operations.
• Work closely with all functions of the IT Asset Management team to ensure that asset life-cycle processes are maintained and compliant with configuration management requirements.
• Ensure the ServiceNow CMDB architecture aligns with configuration management requirements.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required:
• Associate Degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics/Dashboards is a KEY
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem solving skills
• Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment
• Experience supporting business processes and knowledge of relevant business solutions
• Project management experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics/Dashboards
• Ability to work proactively, virtually and face-to-face in group setting
• Ability to present, to ask questions, to summarize and to lead small meetings
• Ability to write and speak in the English language.

Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with regulated systems – general level of understanding of systems validation
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis or equivalent
• Knowledge of machine learning, data science, computer vision, artificial intelligence, statistics, and/or applied mathematics
• Experience in supporting multiple cross functional, local or global projects
