Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Team Lead, Accounting is responsible for keeping the accounting evidence for TSK, recording the transactions into ERP system AX Dynamics. He/she is responsible for the preparation of government reports (taxes, Intrastate etc.), reviewing the travel reimbursements, petty cash and similar tasks. The Team Lead, Accounting will be a leader of direct reports in TSK.
The core responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the finance team in TSK
- Referring to the Group CFO
- Up to date and accurate financial records of the entities TSK, TAS, TDE and TNA.
- Bookkeeping of all transactions (invoices, bills, custom, payroll etc.)
- Be in dialogue with local auditors, authorities etc.
- Preparation of supporting documentation for selected accounting agenda (e.g. VAT, Intrastate, NBS etc.)
- Review and booking of travel reimbursements
