Responsibilities include, among others:
- Provide technical support to end-users, regarding hardware, software and other IT related issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Strongly collaborates with other IT team memembers as well as the stakeholders
- Perform regular systems maintenance tasks, including software updates and patches
- Manage, install, configure and maintain ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Experience in design, implementation and troubleshooting EDI solutions is a plus
- Experience in administration and maintaing of MS SQL is an advantage
- Ensure the security of ICT infrastructure by implementing and maintain security measures
- Provide training to end-users as needed
- Communication with IT vendors
- Any other tasks as required by the manager

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience with the Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows/Server, …) including cloud applications (MS Azure, M365, Exchange online, Sharepoint online, ADFS etc.)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Familiarity with EDI communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTPS…) - it is advantage
- Structured, analytical and can get a quick overview
- A good completer-finisher
- Eager to learn and self-develop
- German language is advantage
- Self-driven
