As a Temporary Assistant you will play a vital role securing that the colleagues can perform and do their daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting HR with talent management process (screening CVs, organising interviews, preparing starter documents, conducting inductions)
• Reviewing and updating HR documents & policies
• Conducting translations of internal documents from English to Slovak
• Helping with the attendance system
• Supporting the finance department with administration
• Collecting and archiving the tax documents & invoices
• Assisting with local meetings and travel arrangements
• Covering the Assistant in absence

About you
Ideally, you are a university student looking for a temporary job (part-time or full-time) with challenging tasks and hands on experience. You are an energetic and enthusiastic learner and you work in a systematic manner and understand the importance of delivering on time. Your positive approach towards challenges and your willingness to help makes you a colleague that is well-known and highly valued in the organisation.

We expect that you are interested in HR or Finance. In addition, you have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and speak, read and write English effortlessly. You thrive in a culture where we are accountable and are willing to walk the extra mile.
