Packaging Engineer

As a Packaging Engineer you will be responsible for all the packaging agreements with customers and warehouses and TAJCO returnable accounts at customers. You will also:
• Develop and create packaging according to customers specific requirement
• Ensure that packing proposals are agreed between TAJCO and customers
• Provide information to cost calculation
• Create packaging instructions
• Submit and follow up on packing instructions towards customers
• Review existing and new packaging to define and drive cost-reduction activities
• Maintain agreements on customer portals

About you
Over a sustained period you have demonstrated results in packaging development. You show a great sense of responsibility towards your tasks and always make sure to finish them on time. You enjoy working with international teams on the development and implementation of packing standards. You have excellent organisational skills fuelled by your ability to communicate clearly in the process.

We expect that you display technical expertise in packaging development and excellent CAD/Catia user skills. You are an advanced user of MS Office and an ERP system. You can speak Slovak and English effortlessly. Experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
