Order handling and invoicing
As a Logistics Assistant you ensure high quality in all your work with a great sense of responsibility. You will become part of the Logistics department in Malacky and will be in a close corporation with the colleagues from our other locations.

After proper introduction, your key responsibilities will include:
• Order handling
• Invoicing
• Monitoring customer portals
• Management of returnable packaging
• Updating data in ERP.

About You
You succeed because you have a structured and positive approach to your tasks. Our new colleague has good interpersonal and collaboration skills and respect for cultural differences.
You are service minded, you have a good record of meeting deadlines.
and can handle hectic situations.

We expect you to have two-four years of experience from a similar position. You have a relevant educational background within logistics or sales experience and you speak and write English effortlessly. Speaking good German is a big plus. Knowledge of Axapta or similar ERP system is an advantage. You are analytical, pro-active, detail-oriented and trustworthy with an ability to embrace changes through your innovative mindset.
