Project Engineer

Then apply for a Project Engineer position at TAJCO Group.    The role of Project Engineer at TAJCO is especially important for our success. You will be responsible for:  

• Transfer of new projects to TSK 
• Creation and update of specification for new production lines 
• Installation of production tooling (production lines) 
• Update and modification of action plans of new production lines 
• Cooperation with design department (components, final parts), tool department, supplier of the  
• line, sub-contractors  
• Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors 
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation 
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
• Reporting to management as needed 
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks 
• Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 
• Leading APQP in TSK 

About you 

As a person and professional you have a results-oriented and self-driven personality. You foster effective working relationship between customer and supplier and global functions. You are eligible of travelling internationally and to customer locations when needed. You are good at anticipating risk caused by late tasks and changes by developing mitigation strategy.  A well organized and self-directed individual with exceptional interpersonal skills at all organizational levels who is a team player and a great multi-tasker and drives deadlines in dynamic and fast-moving environments.  

We expect that you hold a degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering. In addition, you have experience from the automotive industry and an understanding of metal forming process development. You can also demonstrate expertise of automotive methodologies and processes and Project management. You are fluent in English or German and have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
