What you'll be doing:
Providing general administrative support for the executive team
Performing general office duties and maintaining daily office operations
Co-managing facilities related projects
Planning and managing company-wide meetings and event projects
Answering phones calls, greeting visitors and logging in their contact information
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Managing records databases
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports
Translating documentation and correspondence in Slovak to English and vice versa
Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed
What we are looking for:
Fluency in both written and verbal Slovak and English (required)
Previous administrative support experience
Strong understanding of MS Office suite
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
