General description
Providing Support and coordination for the Service Organization, in the areas of the Service Ensurance, Financial Performance and Billing

Service Ensurance
• Service Ensurance carries all responsibility and activities necessary to meet the contractual service requirements
• Monitoring the Quality of provided service and reporting
• Comunication with production to ensure delivery of services in requared SLA, OLA and KPI
• Managig customer escalations in deployment phase
• Order management
• Process and proposals with an aim to optimize production.
• Process order for customer in specific tool to deliver customer requests (creation of orders).
• Validates request in tool and collect all necessary information, documentation to complete the order
• Delivers requestor/customer acceptance of delivered service
• Coordinates order and provides support to implementer’s teams to deliver customer order in requested time and quality.
• Processes and coordinates incoming requests from Service Delivery Managers and application - operation unit Financial Performance and Billing
Financial Performance & Biling is responsible for all financial regards. Specifically the commercial management topics :
• Steering the financial planning
• Steering the forecast process
• Cost Management
• Steering of Cost Saving/Effinciency measures
• Preparing and executing Finance Reviews
• Colecting of data and creating reports for account improvement program
• Generating billing data for the relevant elements
• Generating the invoice supplements
• Steering the Invoicing and Purchase Order documenation, based on local laws and T-Systems International requirments.
• Creating the accounting documents for final settlement

Wage (gross)

985 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 985€ brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
