General description
DevOps Engineer is responsible for entire lifecycle of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
Takes account and defines automated configuration management, release management, build, test and deployment activities.

• Research and identification of solutions for Workbench problems
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, including account setup and project configuration
• To understand the cause of the problem in a timely manner with specific questions to the customer.
• Track service desk issues to resolution within agreed timeframes
• Use of the appropriate medium (telephone, e-mail or chat) for communication with the customer
• Correct escalation of unresolved problems to suitable internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Fast and accurate feedback to customers
• Use internal databases or external resources to provide the technical solutions.
• Ensure that all problems are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously
• Follow-up with customers to ensure that their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Use internal databases or external resources to provide the technical solutions.
• Creation of accurate and timely reports
• Documentation of technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Maintenance of customer relationships
• Work in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and cooperate with scrum teams and architects.

• Minimum monthly salary is 1650.00 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits.
The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
