Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description

Perform, coordinate and improve activities in order to maintain services to customers according to given quality KPIs. Support for test and development environment.

•Installations and migrations of Win7 and Win10 clients
•Troubleshoot issues after migrations
•Change management (creating and coordinating of Changes, communication with interfaces)
•Incident management
•Creating Technical concepts and documentation, supporting SDM, Order and Platform management during implementation
•of new hardware or changes on existing hardware (Storage extensions, new IP’s, extensions of slices, Backup extensions)
•Configuration Management
•Maintaining system (installing additional tools on the system by customer’s request, coordinating OS updates and setting configuration of OS, preparing and implementation installation of Win updates)
•Requesting firewall clearances
•Maintaining security topics
•Communication with interfaces (related applications, DB team, Middleware team, OS team, Storage and Backup team, Network team)
•Assign/unassign VDI to and from users, using order tool FaceIT

•Windows systems (2012 R2, 2016, Win7, Win10)
•Hyper-V hosts
•Additional component running on systems (SCCM package)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

•Technical Overview/Experience of the OS, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware, Scripting
•ITIL knowledge
•Valid certification in given technology
