General description
Head of DTO Central Services COS1 team manages overall day to day business of SK Telekom IT Application Operation of nonSAP environments. Managing of Application Operation team of Customer facing application administrators fully responsible for the entire lifecycle (plan, integration, maintenance, build, test, run, decommission, support functions) of Applications in the role of TSM including several of the TOP 100 critical Applications/Services together with overall accountability for the Service quality delivered to the DTAG customer by the entire TSSK company.

Generic managerial accountabilities
•Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI.
•Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts and other stakeholders for effective communication.
•Lead and develop people in own team to be able to deliver agreed quality and maintain satisfaction of employees.
•Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
•To lead, oversee and safely manage all aspects of application operation related tasks.
•Manage the relationships between multiple stakeholders across various groups like Application Managers, Architects, Developers, Security and other support teams.
•Continuously improve services in own area, propose improvements in related areas and implement improvements initiatives.
•Provide inputs into financial plans and effectively manage business and resources of own team in order to meet financial budget.
•Operationally manage critical situations and solve business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
•Deliver all people-related regulatory topics (labor code, internal rules & guidelines).
•Oversee multiple application operation and implementation projects which include installation, architecture and maintenance of applications.

Job specific accountabilities
•Actively steer capacity of team resources and quality of results to ensure agreed contract fulfillment and effective operation.
•Coordinate, approve and control take-over and delivery of services according to standard/processes.
•Supervise the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple migrations/implementation projects.
•Steer the designated ICTO Service chains across and outside of the borders of own organization (e.g. Network, Storage, Operating Systems, Databases etc.).
•Participate in the operations and execution of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for application operation projects.
•Actively support portfolio enhancement activities.
•Cooperation with Global counterparts and active participation in Digital Transformation of DT IT.

Management scope
•Managing of approximately 20 direct reports (TSM/AO/AD).
•Plan and control the revenues of 850.000€.
•Plan and control the costs of 800.000€.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

•2 Years in IT,

•German – advantage,
•Strong Communication skills and Customer orientation,
•Financial overview,
•Presentation and interpersonal skills,
•Leading of Escalations/Outage situations,
•People assessment and potential identification during interviews and Assessment Centers for higher expert positions,
•Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KanBan, Safe and etc.).
