Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description

•The holder of job takes care of and acts as business support for information and technology Solution design & information and technology Architecture functions.
•The holder of job is entry gate for incoming orders for category of deal given by demander, assessing and processing request base on defined process. The holder of job ensures that request is updating in particular Deal phase and communicating to responsible stakeholders. The holder of job coordinate initial Solution Design tasks, document created design of architectural system or application solutions, costing requirements, validate the delivered outcome, create master template of handbook for Transition &Transformation and make quality check of order, report the order to central database.

Accountabilities

•Analyze and process pre-design of solution design package (e.g. high level design, quotation, costing, proposal documents) with the Delivery Solution Manager to match customer requirements
•Produce a technical specification with the Delivery Solution Manager for custom development and systems integration
•Complete initial order and validate proposed outcome of proposed information and technology solution
•Costing of specific solutions for the customer account, in context of T-Systems portfolio, standards and principles.
•Coordinate the implementation (quality gates) of designed IT solutions; interact with the client on all levels in relation to the solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Review all orders and deals within Delivery Solution Manager (DSM) and report them to central database
•Produce key performance indicator (KPI) reporting of all orders validated by quality gate
•Participate in development of measurement to fulfill customer requirement and business needs
•Centralized documentation of orders, categorized them in logical way based on best practices
•Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the requestor of order
•Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
•Participate in internal projects as required

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Education
•University degree and several years of work experience or comparable training with long-time work experience.

Experience
•At least 2 years of experience in area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) business.
•Knowledge of Service Delivery Elements and comparable Services across T-Systems International delivery.
•Awareness of Project management methodology.
•Experience of different technique of reporting and Key Performing Indicator measurements.
•Is able to work in international environment, empower partnership and develop networking.
•Knowledge of the T-Systems Portfolio elements and connected services within T-Systems International.
•Is able to present ideas, concepts and technical solutions to high level non-technical audiences.
•Applies knowledge and skills to deal with complex problems, extending and coordinating work that may extend beyond own area of knowledge and expertise.

Languages
•Excellent English (at least C1 level),
•German (advantage).

•Commercially aware, managing costs on own projects and across team.
