Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
Senior technical expert responsible for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

•Design, develop, test, implement and support IT services for specific customers.
•Build and develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization and standardization to satisfy internal/external customers.
•Provide advice or information at request or at own initiative to all relevant employees or customers regarding technical aspect of IT services within network environment.
•Provide project deliverables in order to fulfill the project scope.
•Consult and implement new innovative solutions.
•Design, develop and implement architecture of network services based on Customer’s requirements.
•Act as a key technical lead and solve and coordinate activities across related technologies/inside and outside of own team.
•May provide consulting services to project teams on areas of expertise.
•Researches development in assigned technology, determines business requirements, proposes changes and develop implementation plans.
•Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
•Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business.
•Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans.
•Prepare, steer and contribute on the evaluation of the technical assessment of junior employees.
•Proactively communicate with the internal/external customer in order to identify any potential for the optimization of the service.

•5-7 years on a similar position,
•German (optional),

•Analytical skills – to examine data and decide how to best connect the networks based on the needs and resources of the organization,
•Detail oriented – create comprehensive plans of the networks they are creating with precise information describing how the network parts will work together,
•Interpersonal skills – ability to work with different types of employees to accomplish their goals,
•Organizational skills – ability to coordinate many different types of communication networks and make sure they work well together,
•Customer Communication skills – excellent and professional verbal/written communication in order to build positive relationship with customer.
