Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
•Responsible For Predefined Business Processes.
•Providing Support For German Customers.
•Responsible For Resolving Incidents, Problems based on standard process workflows.
•Responsible for providing the quality according to standard Service Level Agreement.
•Works independently in small team consisting of Slovak and German colleagues.

•Organize and moderate Teleconferences with all required participants.
•Ticket tracking and service fulfillment.
•Investigate, analyze, document and correct faulty data.
•Support Application changes in cooperation with other responsible groups.
•Configure and maintain new/existing customer.
•Verify incoming & outgoing business data.
•Coordinate communication with all involved parties (Telekom IT, Development, SDM, Accenture).
•Independently executes standard tickets to provide service according to KPIs.
•Support end to end fulfillment process based on tickets and high level request from both customer, on-site colleagues and management to maintain sustainable quality levels.
