Job description, responsibilities and duties

Management, steering and organization of specific activities to support the education and development of TSSK in order to develop existing and future employees of the company.

Key accountabilities
• Designes Education and development programs based on the company strategic direction both for existing and future employees.
• Executes the most of the communication activities both internally and externally related to education and development center.
• Steers & coordinates the practice of vocational schools in TSSK.
• Ensures communication with schools, institution and organizations in the region.
• Manage education and development programs with the schools and acts as Personal development manager for the students involved in the program.
• Plans, organizes and coordinates all marketing activities to support hiring of students for dual educaiton, creates and performs campaigns to promote dual education and education and development center internally and externally.
• Plans, steer and control the budget for the communication & PR activities overall (Planning and steering the budget up to 20 thousand EUR for communication & PR).
