General description
Handles the learning and professional development of an organization’s workforce. Designs trainings/programs for employees and instructs and advises employees and managers within a job specific area.

• Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, planning and organizing trainings/programs, setting up equipment, coordinating enrollment of trainings/programs, assessing training/program effectiveness to ensure they are current and effective and maintaining/reporting training records.
• Identify training and development needs and/ or consult business and managers to design/enhance a training/program.
• Interact with external and internal providers to identify and design/modify the training/program objectives and content in order to ensure the quality of the training/program.
• Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training.
• May instruct and advise employees and management within a job specific area.
• May propose/ design/implement process/procedure/improvements in a job specific area.
• Reflect trends in education and development area and implement them into organization.
• Responsible for innovation within existing programs/ activities.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Min 2 years of experience within the field of Human Resources, especially in development area

• Customer orientation with active and positive approach.
• Initiative and cooperative, open minded and able to reflect and interact with new opportunities.
• Systematic approach to work and attention to detail with analytical thinking.
• Very good oral expression and comprehension, able to train and present to bigger audience in English language.
• Originality – ability to come up with unusual ideas or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
