Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Measures and evaluates the quality management system within the organization. Implements concepts and quality standards, supports defining of measures and ensures tracking of progress of measure execution. Produces internal and external reports related to quality and audit management. Supports preparation and control of optimization measures related to processes, quality and the whole Integrated Management System of the company. Obtains, analyzes and evaluates audit evidence, reports, data and process flowcharts with aim to analyze process conformity. Internal Auditor improves the existing stage of operation by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management.

- Designs reports related to quality management. Prepares and controls quality of optimization measures.

- Assures governance of the Internal Audit Management across the whole organization. Proposes, designs and implements improvements in the Integrated Management System according to valid standards and in order to increase the efficiency of service activity. Provides consultancy in assigned area. Prepares and controls optimization measures relevant for quality improvement.

- Plan, organize and conduct internal audits (focus on IT, IT security, Data Privacy, Cross function,Legal obligation)
- Lead complex audit assignments independently in accordance with the internal audit plan
- Understand and analyze business processes, and cooperate closely with the business areas to improve procedures
- Identify possible deficiencies within processes and areas for improvement
- Define remediation actions to prevent future process weaknesses
- Participate in the annual risk assessment to identify high-risk areas of the company
- Prepare management reports on the audit procedures, key findings and measures agreed with the responsible areas
- Follow up measures defined in the audit reports agreed upon with management
- Support management in operating of the Integrated Management System

- Experience in IT Services minimum 2 years
- Detailed overview of ICT industry environment
- Execution of Internal or External Audits
- Solid knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g. KPI reporting, management systems, Excellence programs, Quality tools)
- Experience of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop)
- General overview about ITIL processes
- ISO Certification
