Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
- Providing internal TSSK customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training in response to user requirements
- Execute and solve created tickets (incident, service requests) in order to maintain service to internal customers according to given quality KPI's in according to standard ITIL process

- Support project and other deliverables in order to fulfil KPIs and management requests
- Prepare documentations and work instructions in his area of responsibility.
Provide 2st Level day-to-day end-user support in troubleshooting account, hardware, networking, and software issues (Test fixes to ensure problem has been fully resolved)
- Manage Active Directory user accounts according to policies and procedures
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software on workstations and peripherals
- Scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and applications software
- Resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems
- Respond requests for technical support in a timely manner
- Maintaining network infrastructure (cabinets cabling)
- Prepare and maintain application documentation and installation guides.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations
- Refurbish usable equipment returned to IT for redeployment
- Assist in software releases and roll-outs

Education: Student or Graduated student
Experience: Basic technical IT knowledge (hardware, software)
Languages: English (min. A2)

Good communication with end customer
Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, OS and BIOS configuration is advantage
