Job description, responsibilities and duties

Generic managerial accountabilities
- Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts (SA) and internal KPI.
- Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication.
- Lead and develop people in own team to be able to deliver agreed quality and maintain satisfaction of employees.
- Continuously improve services in own area, propose improvements in related areas and implement improvements initiatives.
- Provide inputs into financial plans and effectively manage business and resources of own team in order to meet financial budget.
- Operationally manage critical situations and solve business-as-usual escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
- Deliver all people-related regulatory topics (labor code, internal rules & guidelines).

Job specific accountabilities:
- Manage a team of Financial Controllers within Master Data Management process.
- Actively steer the team resource management and quality of results according to internal KPI’s.
- Manage take-over and delivery of services according to business requirements.

Personality requirements and skills

Education
- University education in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)

Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in functional coordination and staff or work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit

Languages
- English: B2 level – mandatory
- German: advantage

Others
- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit
- Leadership experience for 2+ years
- 3 years of Experience SAP or comparable Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system knowledge is advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - advanced
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
