Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
- Preparation/collection of service deliverables (acc. to service description) in timely manner and analysis of results and delivery to internal customer.
- Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems.
- Suggestions for process improvements.
- Communicate with and coordinate internal customers (e.g. countries and various business units).
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter.
- Support team leader in optimization of processes and products.
- Guide and coach junior controllers and train new team members.

- Deal support controlling of international deals covering all project lifecycle including sales cycle.
- Analysis of costs and invoicing.
- Alignment of new contracts with legal and financial requirements.
- Customer contract controlling - cost validation based on checking orders, accruals and forecasts.
- Report results to senior management.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University education in Computer Science or Business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 4 years of professional experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Centre is a benefit
- German: B2 - mandatory
- English: advantage

- knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit,
- SAP or comparable Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system knowledge - advanced level,
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - advanced,
- strong analytical and decision making skills,
- ability to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity,
