Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
  • Maintain the components and functionalities for SAP applications (HR) to fulfill customer’s demand.
  • Customize applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze the demand from the customer for SAP application (cloud solution), customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization
  • Consult with application manager, developer, solution designer or directly with provider and propose the implementation design of the new components for SAP applications
  • Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs
  • Find and fix issues/errors on the application
  • Change and repair the tables and functions to restore the original functionality of application
  • Document changes on the system and design of new components to ensure their readability for future reference
  • Test newly added functionalities to avoid errors on productive system
  • Work on customizing under the supervision of senior colleague
  • Implement documentation of company processes to ensure the usage of forms & documents with the up to date labour low
  • Improves and implements HR processes in line with international HR processes on international level
  • Participation in internal/external projects
  • Labour law consulting
