General description

•Design solution based on standard deployment models to fulfill customer requirements.
•Create price calculation for requested standard product solution in order to support pre-sales phase.

Accountabilities
•Analyze delivered documentation in order to identify actual state of the IT infrastructure
•Design solution based on standard deployment models to fulfill customer requirements
•Create price calculation for requested standard product solution in order to support pre-sales phase
•Create implementation plans describing all necessary steps to deliver successful migration of designed standard solution
•Execute and support migrations/implementations of designed standard solution to deliver new functionality to the customer

•University degree

Experience
•Expert knowledge and experience with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environment verified by professional level certification exams preferably from multiple vendors
•Pursuing expert level of certification
•Complex knowledge about escalation processes and organization units responsible for it.
•Complex knowledge about whole organizational structure, practical use of tools, Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) and connection with Quality Management (QM).
•Complex Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge corresponding to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
•Complex analyst knowledge of whole network environment, multiplatform knowledge.
•Basic knowledge about Project management.
•Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for complex networks.
•Good network design skills.

Languages
•German: min. B2 (advantage)
•English: min. B2
