Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
- Plans, leads and controls Project of Central Problem Management process with focus on prevention of Incidents. Managing and coordinating the analysis of the underlying root causes behind the incidents and defining the measures that contribute to the overall improvement of the IT processes. Performs tasks related to PRM processes. Coordinates and controls processes according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities
- Performing the root cause analysis of CBI High incidents
-Document RCA outputs in the STL/RCO lists
- Formal quality responsibility for the RCA
- Leading the problem management teleconferences
- Process/technical leadership, responsibility & authority in terms of problem management
-Cooperation with Process managers, related organizations and Processes & Quality Departments
- Participation in activities of international groups in the area of process harmonization
- Supporting assigned analysts and solvers in case of escalations within PRM process
-Providing up-to-date information, communication of all important outputs of PRM such as “lessons learned”, workarounds etc. within the quality functional network
- Performing analysis and consulting in the area of problem management, according to the ITIL methodology and standards
- Continual service improvement in the problem management process
-Provide guidance, assistance and trainings of Problem Management process for administrators
- Ensuring PRM tickets quality standards before closure of PRM tickets
- Closure of PRM tickets
