Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Manage day to day matters for NAS, SAN storage and Backup operation, implementation and support services related to the nearshore part of operation, focusing on assigned customers.
- Lead and coordinate up to 25 employees to meet corporate and company goals for productivity, quality and financial efficiency.
- Focus on accomplishment of assigned team objectives by effective resource management, planning and evaluating activities in the assigned area of operational responsibility.
- Responsible for managing storage & backup operations and elements for more than 15 customers in 15 different non-standard environments as per the Quality KPIs, customer satisfaction and demand.

Key accountabilities
Processes and Service delivery:
- Maintain relationships with counterparts, stakeholders through effective feedback on contract terms and compliance.
- Operationally manage critical situations and solve common escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
- Supports pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, customer visits, new customer onboarding, process documentation and support in the operation across their life cycle for globally active customers (HW/SW refresh, migrations, new builds, decommissioning etc.).
Quality assurance:
- Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according to agreed contracts (OLA, SLA,...) and KPI’s.
- Coordinate, control and improve operations, processes, take-over and delivery of services according to defined/agreed processes.
- Participates in on-call shifts in the “Manager on Duty” role.
Budgets and finances:
- Effectively coordinate assigned resources to meet financial targets through control of finance and efficiency management initiatives
- Motivate and develop people in team to achieve and keep sustainable quality and satisfaction of stakeholders
- Ensure all people-related regulatory topics (labor code, internal rules & guidelines) are met in the assigned team.

Management Scope
- Lead organizational unit with up to 25 members, storage & backup experts (dedicated for 24x7 Operations, 2nd and 3rd level)
- Coordinate delivery of complex storage & backup solutions for ~15 customers in ~15 non-standard environments
- Control training, travel and other budgets up to Eur 800 k p.a., revenue up to Eur 900 k p.a.
