What will you do?

Do you want to be a part of one of the biggest Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) locations in the world?
Work in young and dynamic team and support operation of customers of various sizes and industries. Take part in international projects and be in daily contact with customer.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as operational interface to customers for the commissioned scope of services
• End-to-end coordination of customers requests and small projects in proper quality
• Plan, control and take responsibility for the provision of services, meeting time, quality and cost targets
• Plan and develop efficiency improvement measures and take responsibility for their implementation
• Provide the agreed technical inventory and service data regarding the agreed services
• Take responsibility for compliance with target parameters regarding Incident, Problem, and Change processing within the commissioned scope of services

You will succeed if you:

• Fluent German
• Fluent English
• Perfect communication and managerial skills
• Experience with leading of small projects
• Experience in SAP basic operation min. 2-3 years
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge
• Customer orientation and proactive approach

1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary starts from 1000 EUR/brutto.
