Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description / Purpose

•Monitors, controls, coordinates and executes parts of Department Leader´s agenda as assigned by Department Leader in professional and highly flexible manner with primary interaction on top management level but extending across all management layers of the company.

Accountabilities
•Provides analyses and recommendations based on investigations in various focus areas to serve as input for taking decisions.
•Monitors, controls and executes tasks assigned by Department Leader spanning across multiple business areas.
•Monitors and controls companywide efficiency program starting with target setting phase and ending with achieving necessary financial efficiency to achieve positive business results despite annual price reductions.
•Monitors, coordinates and controls the Management Review Process across all business areas with the goal of achieving management attention and decisions in regards to maintaining and improving management systems.
•Provides advices and recommendations to Department Leader based on current priorities.
•Prepares Department Leader communication and presentations

Management Scope
•Coordinates up to 20 people for task fulfilment, no direct disciplinary responsibility
•Participates on internal projects and Project Management Board
•Participates on the Management Board and all top management meetings, though is not a board member
