Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description
- Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of the quality management within the team. Implements concepts and quality standards. Produces internal and external reports related to quality management. Supports control of optimization measures relating to quality management.

- Active participation in building respective quality communities (e.g. Audit Management, License Management, Security Management, Document Management etc.) to standardize - Quality Management System
- Organize regular meetings with all required employees to ensure knowledge sharing about quality KPI achievements and initiatives
- Coordinate and report quality improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
- Active participation in quality related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Quality management system
- Support operational teams as the interface between quality management and operation to keep quality awareness on expected level
- Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct manager

- Secondary education degree
- Overall overview of ICT industry environment
- Experience in project management for simple projects
- Experience in ICT operations across at least 1 business area (e.g. application operation, infrastructure operation, system integration, telecommunication services, desktop services, etc …)
- General overview about ITIL processes
- English: B1 mandatory
- German: advantage
