Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description/ Purpose
Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM).
2nd and 3rd level environment.

Accountabilities
Daily responsibilities:
•Administration of IT systems (network, OS, applications)
•Resolution of disruptions in services
•Support of network, OS, applications, services and systems
•Changes of users, devices and other parameters according to customers’ requests
•Communication with customer/partners via phone and/or email
•Support of engineering teams
•Cooperation with manufacturers of supported systems
•Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation

Experience
•1-2 years within the IT field
Languages
•English B2, German - advantage

•Experience with some of technologies: network, Linux, security
•Experience in Windows servers, KVM is advantage
•Good communications skills
•ITIL knowledge is advantage
•Preferred certifications:
oCCNA certification/Juniper certification
oLinux/Windows/SharePoint certification
