Job description
- One.ERP is a strategic business and IT transformation program within Deutsche Telekom AG. It creates an efficient and agile Enterprise Resource Planning System based on standardized data models, business processes and IT for the entire company.
- One.ERP Rollout Management ensures the international rollout of the One.ERP template within time and budget. This rollout is focused on the implementation of standardized, integrated and automated processes based on the SAP standard.

Your tasks
As International Senior Rollout Manager Controlling, you are responsible for the successful implementation of the controlling module within One.ERP into the roll-out companies / NatCos. Your main tasks as International Rollout Manager Controlling are:
- Comprehend, introduce and implement a global rollout template.
- Identify, document and manage gaps in contradiction to the project methodology.
- Methodical sovereignty within SAP CO, PS
- CO functional influence within SAP IM, FI, MM, SD
- Prepare, plan, execute and accompany international template rollout phases
o preparation (set-up & introduction) phase,
o assessment & design phase,
o test phase,
o migration & cutover phase.

- Move through these named phases above with an E2E understanding,
o emphasize on assessment and design,
o support in testing and migration.

- Business Process owner for "Plan to Report – (P2R)" in the international context.
- Overall Process responsibility for Controlling relevance within other processes, such as
o Procure to Pay – P2P
o Buy to Scrap – B2S
o Order to Cash – O2C
o Record to Report – R2R

- Overall Controlling related process responsibility within the following applications:
o Production, Services and Logistics – PSL
o Major Business Customer Solutions – BSO
o Real estate – REFX
o Plant Maintenance - PM

- Assess "E2E processes" and applications in roll-out companies / NatCos and continuous development of the template according to its guiding – or design principles (in German: Leitplanken).
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Head and steer an own central controlling-project team that supports international rollouts.
- Manage international, virtual teams.
- Steer the IT units to design the technical solutions required for the rollout.
- Build and drive Task Forces to solve critical technical issues.
- Participate, present and defend your standpoint in local and central management meetings.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve project progress.
- Report to head of controlling-project within One.Finance/One.ERP.
- Ensure high quality and on time production of all deliverables.

Your profile
1. Excellent knowledge of the One.ERP-Program (approach, core-processes, architecture).
o Excellent knowledge of controlling processes of Deutsche Telekom AG.
o Solid background in telecommunication industry.
o Several years of employment in above mentioned environments .
o Experienced in ERP-business processes and shared service.
2. Expert knowledge of SAP Controlling Modules (CO, PS, IM, FI, MM, SD).
o SAP ERP and integration to other SAP functions.
o IT know-how of SAP Controlling Modules beyond user expertise.
o Being able to create Solution Design documentation
- Chapter 1: requirement specifications (functional and business wise)
- Chapter 2: solution design (bridge from business to IT)
o Expert knowledge with change requirements concerning template adjustments in terms of technical impact.
3. Experienced in international Rollouts.
o Excellent project-management skills.
o Assertiveness and persuasive power.
o High communication-, presentation- and moderation-skills.
o Self-confident appearance in critical, difficult or "political" situations.
o Strong organizational, interpersonal, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
o Comfortable and capable of leading cross functional and multicultural teams.
- Intercultural competences.
o Solid analytical and problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations.
o Willing to document meticulously results, minutes, milestones reached.
o Independently working is mandatory.
o High flexibility.
4. Readiness to travel international on weekly basis.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English, have good German language skill and be willing to expand them!
6. A university degree in a related field.
7. Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
