Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Head of COO SOM manages overall day to day business of SK Telekom IT COO Service and Operations Management organization.
• Manages the relationship of SK Telekom IT COO Service and Operations Management with the main Tel-IT stakeholders on International (German VP and his subordinates) and National level (National Telekom business unit and Market Unit).
• Is responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that SK Telekom IT TSI Service and Operations Management runs to its optimal productivity.
• Is responsible to continuously improve the working environment and business processes of SK Telekom IT COO Service and Operations Management.
• Aims to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of SK Telekom IT COO Service and Operations Management.
