Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description/Purpose
Proactively consults, advises, guides and supports business managers in HR area topics in order to enable smooth business operation from the people management point of view according to set KPIs and in standard time and quality.

•Closely cooperates with HR experts to provide business tailor-made solutions keeping the general process framework, conveys the demands of their area to them, provides them with information necessary for their work, and seeks to obtain the appropriate expert support for the managers of the area.
•Supports the managers in increasing the satisfaction and commitment of employees in order to reach the business goals
•Contributes creatively to the business issues of the area from the point of view of HR (participates in business planning of the area, contributes with ideas to the development of an effective organization, to process optimization, to cost savings, to the development of efficiency metrics) following trends in related area.
•Proactively anticipates and recognizes HR issues, challenges and opportunities facing T-Systems and actively participates in influencing
•Supports managers in driving leadership development, succession planning , employee development and performance management
•Provides support and gives advice proactively to managers concerning HR policies, programs and regulations and their application and solves complex problems independently
•Resolves labor law issues in related business area also in cooperation with external advisor if needed
•Supports the managers of the area in the various stages of the selection process for expert or managerial positions, in a precise analysis of the content and expectations of the jobs, in the preparation of the job description, in setting performance and development goals, in conducting performance reviews
•Supports the transformation and change leadership development projects
•Coordinates / manages/ takes part in various projects related to the job position or HR scope of work

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

•University degree preferably in HR, economy or psychology
•2-5 years in recruitment or other HR area

•Eng B2, C1. German advantage
•Teamwork, networking, negotiation skills, coaching skills, effective communication skills
•General knowledge in HR area including labor law
•Business correspondence advanced
