Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

General description
Governance of the Change management within the customer account. Designs and implements processes or sub-processes according to valid standards and in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity. Provides consultancy, prepares and controls optimization measures relating to processes and reporting.

Coordinates and organizes activities related to group of colleagues related to daily tasks or small team projects on a regular basis. Provides active on site support, training and development activities for other colleagues. Identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions and actively defines and implements improvements.


•Guarantee the processing of a RFC and Changes during its entire life cycle while complying with the SLA and the respective OLA
•Operative overall responsibility for the CHM process
•Ensure of completeness and quality of all necessary Change data
•Accept (release) or reject Change planning (optional with consulting CAB)
•Trigger escalations when management needs to be made aware of the failure or exceeding planned time of implemented changes and/or to prepare or force decisions
•Approval of RFC rejection in co-operation with Change Coordinator
•Check and define dependencies to other Changes
•Manage relevant CAB Members of the Change
•Manage risk assessment
•Accept (release) or reject Change planning (optional with consulting CAB)
•Obtain needed approvals if necessary
•Release (accept) Change implementation plan including Tasks, Roll-back method, PSO and schedule
•Return to ‘Change Planning’ or RLM, if are not accepted (with or without obligations)
•Communicate the result of authorization to all concerned parties
•Review Change result, Post Implementation Review (PIR) if necessary
•Monitoring of total process flow including the continuous improvement process
•Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management.
•Coordinates and controls process according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction.
•Process documentation update, provide initial and refreshment trainings
