Technical Solution Manager

The role of the TSM in Systal is predominantly aligned with additional services for existing customers. Producing proposals for incremental growth of an existing account. In managed account terms, it is RFS (Request for Service).
The TSM is fully accountable for the Technical Solution Management and is accountable for all activities related to delivering a Technical Solution for client engagement, including leadership, architecture, and cost solutions. This includes managing the technical team, managing client requirements, and linking those requirements to Systal’s solution.

• Take customer requests.
• Ensure you understand and agree the requirements and deliverables
• This may need discussions with the requester (customer) and/or our technical teams
• Create a costed proposal/Statement of Work (SOW)
• Capture the scope and most importantly out scope items
• Capture any dependencies and constraints
• Capture risks
• Include any assumptions if there are unknowns
• Understand the skill sets, duration of effort and pricing.
• Peer review proposals
• Seek management sign-off for high-cost/high-complexity projects.
• Present to the requester (direct or workflow tools)
