As a result of significant growth, we are currently looking to recruit a talented, ambitious Change Manager to join our team in Bratislava or Kosice.


What will your role involve?

As Change Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end management of Change and Service Requests on the account.

Specific responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Acting as a primary point of contact for communication and escalations related to Change and Service Requests.

Monitoring dedicated ServiceNow queues and ownership of Change and Service Requests.

Performing Initial triage of Change and Service Requests.

Determining proper assignment groups for Change and Service Requests.

Performing Quality Control of Change and Service Requests by validating accuracy and completeness of submitted MDS/CCT.

Active communication with internal and external requestors, technical and service management teams.

Tracking progress of Change and Service Requests, escalating non-compliance with Lead Times and delayed/missing Change approvals.

Providing analysis and updates to management via regular and ad-hoc reports.

Initiating Service Improvement Plans based on available data/reports.

Active participation on CAB Reviews and PIR Meetings, collecting inputs from requestors and technical teams.

Leading Technical CAB (T-CAB) Reviews for Medium, Major and Critical Change Request and communicating outputs and actions.

Leading Daily Change Review calls (per region).

Initiating service improvement plans based on available data/reports.

To be considered for this role you must have:

High level of competency within MS Office suite (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).

Familiar with Service Operations terminology

Fluent English, written and spoken.

Experience with producing reports and analysis.

Comfortable presenting via video or Audio.

Basic technical awareness in networking area.

Ability to work under pressure and when required outside business hours.

Flexible (occasionally required to cover for colleagues in different regions).

Team player but able to work independently and on own initiative.

Good communication and all-around interpersonal skills.



It would be nice for you to have the following:

Previous experience in Change Management / Operations is preferred.

Knowledge of ServiceNow is a big advantage.

ITIL Certification.

Hands-on technical experience is an advantage for understanding technical aspects of requests.
