About the job:


The DUA Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance of our Delegated Underwriting Authority operations. Serving as a foundational backbone of the team, you will administer end-to-end binder acceptance and renewal workflows, maintain rigorous quality control, and coordinate third-party audits and budgets.

This junior level position is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong learning agility. Working within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all activities are completed accurately efficiently

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for the DUA team, including document preparation, data entry, and quality checks

  • Review contracts, managebinderonboarding/renewal processes, and coordinate audits

  • Check & closebinderFinalAdmin tasks

  • SupportAudit preparation, review and invoicing

  • Schedule and coordinateactions with stakeholders and handle queries

  • Assist with preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documentation

  • Update &prepare weekly reports for pending tasks

  • Review and support Monthly DUA Data Quality Control reports

Your Experience:


  • 0–2 years of foundational experience within the (re)insurance industry

  • Experience assisting with daily workflows, administrative tasks, and consistently meeting team deadlines.

  • A basic understanding of Delegated Underwriting Authority business is desirable

  • Experience supporting due diligence, contract review, and audits is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of English(both written and spoken)

  • General understanding of administrative processes

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Proactive and team-oriented attitude

  • Manage own time and prioritize tasks

  • Work quickly and accurately under pressure within a collaborative, cross-functional team

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders

  • Adaptable mindset and a willingness to step up during peak periods

  • Familiarity with workflow/task tracking tools (e.g.Airtable, Dropbox, Oracle, PowerBi)would be an asset

  • Contractual review skills with legal background are welcomed
