We are looking to expand our Bratislava presence with an Associate Partner.
Your tasks:
• Identify opportunities, articulate Synpulse’s value, and support selling services to both new and existing clients
• Contribute to the company’s growth by increasing sales and revenues through current and potential clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business by identifying strategic opportunities for growth
• Advise clients on business process issues that help identify, assess, and measure organizational capabilities.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management

• 7+ years experience in a management consultancy, such as big 4, or boutique consultancies in Financial Services
• Leadership skills and Project execution skills
• Good network into the financial service industry
• Ability to build and lead a consulting unit
• Ability to acquire own project portfolio with new clients
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent communication in English
