Your tasks:

• Leading and motivating the Insurance business consulting team to ensure project delivery and professional development of employees
• Leading interviews and other employees’ management activities such as regular team meetings, evaluations, appraisals
• Sharing knowledge and coaching to help the continuous growth of the company and employees
• Executing business development for the local market opportunities & assignments
• Providing high-service quality delivery for clients and project teams by leading in the project assignments like:
target operating models, system migrations, process improvements, change management, business strategies, IT architecture, software implementation and more
• Accomplishing projects by active client-facing consulting to understand their vision and needs
• Transforming business requirements into solutions, understanding strategic business needs and plans to sustain implementation, and enabling long-term customer success
• Leading end-to-end project delivery and quality responsibility including transition to post-go-live phases
• Developing and leading the preparation, management, and implementation of business projects
• Reviewing and analyzing different aspects of our clients’ business to provide suggestions for improvements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Insurance/ Reinsurance / Insurtech or consultancy firm with exposure to Insurance / Reinsurance clients. 
• Familiarity with business models of Insurance companies
• IT and technology skills as well as affinity to methods
• Project management experience, leadership skills
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to client’s site in Europe on a regular basis
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
