Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR TASKS
• Master operational excellence of our clients, drive digital transformation efforts and ensure smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for the biggest industry players
• Work on the frontline and assist with all phases of the project life cycle i.e. analysis, requirements, planning, development, testing and deployment to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
• Conduct workshops with the client to collect requirements
• Help client in defining use cases and prepare test scenarios
• You will design and conduct automated and manual tests
• Partly responsible for the parameterization (development) of functionality for core banking or insurance system
• Involvement in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment
• Respond to, and handle complex issues in testing and production
• Gather requirements relating to the integration of new systems
• Be in close contact and interact directly with our customers
• Business trips abroad may be required

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Math, Physics or Engineering
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
•Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; professional experience in Business Analysis is beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages, such as French, German, or Italian are a plus
• Affinity to information technology; profound MS Office skills; experience with project management tools is advantage, hands-on programming experience is a plus
• Strong team player and excellent soft skills
• Professional experience in banking, wealth management and financial services industry is a strong advantage
• Experience working with project management methodology is a plus
