Technical Accounting Analyst

We as Synpulse are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) department as a TA Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ accounting or operations experience with exposure to the insurance, (re)insurance or banking industry, be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


Your Tasks:
• Prepare daily reconciliations of technical accounting data
• Intake and review of cession statements from counterparties
• Review and populate premium data records
• Upload activity to accounting database
• Prepare monthly activity and aging reports
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to Fund Accounting Team
• Analysing and reporting financial data
• Assist with meeting goals of consistent automation and improvement of processes
• Support additional responsibilities over time


Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• At least 2 years of proven experience working in (re)insurance, investments, or finance
