Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Your responsibilities:

• Administration of existing applications and AWS infrastructure
• Being a technical advisor to junior colleagues
• Troubleshoot production systems and self-learn new tools and technologies as per project requirements
• Solving issues raised from an automated monitoring system
• Understand and maintain production code, maintain, and support an infrastructure
• Document and share knowledge of developed or maintained solutions
• Participating on regular activities and reporting, based on standardized checklists
• Work with a sister team during an incident/problem investigation and resolution
• Participate on a change process, problem management process and release process.
• Provide a work considering, SLA parameters
• Ensure timely reporting of services outages or degradation and/ or batch failures
• Contribute and Submit knowledge request if found lacking in the knowledgebase
• Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
