The Information Security Manager is responsible for further development of existing information security management system (ISMS); information security policy development and maintenance; design of security policy, education, training, and awareness activities; establishing governance and compliance monitoring activities to ensure compliance with information security policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
• Creation, development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of information security policies and practices.
• Establish, implement, monitor, and enforce information security standards and technologies for all company’s systems.
• Lead security risk assessment and status reporting efforts.
• Monitor industry trends, evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and control techniques
• Responsible for the standards, assessment, and governance of all IT infrastructure security requirements.
• Define and implement the appropriate security tools and regular security tests.
• Establish and govern the Security Incident response processes, investigations and security operational processes.
• Collaborate across the company with other functional areas to achieve data protection objectives.
• Responsible for the creation/roll-out of security awareness and training programs for audiences up to board level executives.
• Own the review and direction of information security audit and regulatory compliance.
Education and experience
• 1+ years of professional experience of running an information security function, including analyzing and applying information security risk, risk management, and privacy practices.
• CISM certification (or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience working with international regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO27000 is an advantage.
• Own the review and direction of information security audit and regulatory compliance.
