Main responsibilities:
Responsibility for team deliveries and the people within the team
Responsibility for efficient resource allocation and utilization
Providing visibility of project status by reporting to other teams and senior management
Working with other teams to organize, schedule, and deliver work dependencies in cross-team projects
Communication with external clients and media
Evaluation of team metrics and definition of team improvements
Evaluation of team member career progression
