About the Role
At SYNOT Games, we believe that great games are built by great people. That’s why we’re looking for an L&D Specialist who will take ownership of our learning ecosystem and help drive both employee growth and regulatory excellence.
In this role, you’ll manage the full learning lifecycle — from identifying training needs and running our LMS, to delivering impactful development programs and ensuring full compliance across our international teams.
You’ll sit at the intersection of people development, performance, and regulatory requirements, making a real impact on how we grow and scale as a company.
What You’ll Do
Own Our Learning Operations
- Manage and continuously improve our LMS platform
- Assign and track training based on the annual training matrix
- Ensure completion — follow up and escalate when needed
- Keep training data clean, structured, and audit-ready in SharePoint
- Support onboarding by tracking new joiners’ training completion
Shape Annual Learning & Compliance Plans
- Support the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Translate business needs, audits, and performance gaps into actionable training plans
- Partner with Compliance to ensure all mandatory training is up-to-date and delivered
Drive External Learning & Development
- Coordinate external trainings, certifications, and conferences
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets
- Handle training admin (registrations, attendance tracking, invoices)
- Prepare qualification agreements in cooperation with HR & Legal
Measure Impact
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness
- Turn data into insights and recommendations
- Help us continuously improve how we develop our people
Create & Deliver Learning Experiences
- Design engaging learning content (workshops, e-learning, blended formats)
- Deliver training sessions (online & in-person), mainly focused on soft skills
- Contribute to competency frameworks and development paths

What We’re Looking For
Must-have
- 1+ year of experience in L&D, HR operations, or training coordination
- Hands-on experience with LMS administration
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire audiences across different levels of the organization
- Comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment
- Good command of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- English at a professional working level
- Passion for learning, innovation, and improving employee experience
