Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Synot Games customer support representative answers customer inquiries coming from ticketing system, chats, or emails, as well as, perform answers for various reasons. Examples of these customer inquiries can include to set up new customer, update customer records, answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information, or conduct proactive calling for various business reasons. Utilizes business applications and the appropriate technology to perform routine activities. Performs daily transactions and processes related work in support of daily operations. Provides internal customer service support that achieves quality and customer service goals with specific attention to slots and table games.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Microsoft Office 365 - Skillful

- Strong communication, written skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fast paced schedule driven development.
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
- Flexibility with your schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Proficient in data entry/keyboard skills and relevant computer applications.
- Previous customer service, sales, sports/casino industry experience a plus.
- Written and spoken English (English is used for communication with all our customers).
