Job description, responsibilities and duties
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager for our Games Team – a leader who takes pride in organizing, collaborating, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of team objectives and goals.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsibility for team deliveries and the people within the team
• Responsibility for efficient resource allocation and utilization
• Providing visibility of project status by reporting to other teams and senior management
• Working with other teams to organize, schedule, and deliver work dependencies in cross-team projects
• Communication with external clients and media
• Evaluation of team metrics and definition of team improvements
• Evaluation of team member career progression
• Improvement of processes and methodologies
