Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a skilled Art Manager to join our Bratislava-based team! As an Art Manager you will be responsible for creating artistic visions for our games and game related products and leading a team of graphic designers, both internal and external. If you have experience in gaming art, we are looking for you!
Your daily tasks will include:
Provide artistic and tech-art mentorship
Mentoring and actively collaborating with the team (artists, developers etc.).
Analyzing and proposing improvements that positively affect the value of the products
Collaborating with product managers to understand the project needs and help them reach their goals and vision
Supporting the Artists to ensure that Art quality is maintained, improved and in line with product design requirements
Art planning and roadmap preparation
Researches and communicates new art processes and techniques
Contributing to the preparation of contracts with external studios

We are looking for an experienced person with:
Professional history in graphic design creation
managing of Art team through the complete lifecycle of project development
3 years+ of experience in the gaming/gambling industry
Ability to think outside the box and to take direction and feedback
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After FX)
3D, BLENDER, SPINE, Premiere (advantage)
Communicates efficiently with other departments and external partners
Highly organized and oriented on results
Able to prioritize the tasks to meet the deadlines
